What reviews are meant to do

Reviews should help clients understand your booking style and vibe — not dissect your body or repeat sensitive details. The focus is on reliability, communication, and overall experience.

What we moderate out

We remove reviews that share identifying information, explicit content, harassment, or obvious spam. We may also limit reviews from accounts that appear to be coordinating attacks.

How to request a review check

If a review feels unsafe, retaliatory, or clearly false, contact support with a short explanation. Screenshots or context can help us understand what happened, but we won’t require you to relive the whole story.

Why we still allow mixed feedback

Not every review will be perfect. As long as it’s respectful and non-identifying, we may leave honest, mixed feedback up. That transparency helps good clients find good fits over time.
