Before the day
Confirm screening, rate, duration, and location in writing. Make sure you know their name, number, and at least one extra detail (hotel confirmation, social link, or reference) that ties them to reality.
Check-in with a trusted person
Share basic information — time window, neighbourhood, and a way to reach you — with someone you trust. Agree in advance on what to do if you don’t check in as planned.
Arrival and first impressions
Trust your read. If something feels off — aggressive energy, extra people, unexpected changes — you can leave. Your safety is worth more than any booking.
Aftercare for yourself
Hydrate, eat, and decompress after intense sessions. Keeping some routine (a shower, a walk, a favourite snack) helps your body recognise that the booking is over and you’re safe again.
